DELIVERY SYSTEM
Our cheapest, safest and fastest shipping method is Certified Mail through Correos Spain. The Konigotes are wrapped in a bag sealed in an semi-rigid envelope to arrive in perfect conditions to your home.
Conditions Certified Mail:
Mail with proof of delivery through recipient's or authorised person's signature. In case your mail is not received by the recipient, a note is left at his/ her address informing he/ she can pick up their mail at a Correos Post Office.
Time periods for delivery: - Local: 1 working day - Provincial: 2 working days. - Nacional: 3 working days. - Europe: 2 to 4 working days (average according to country / destination) - Other destinations: at least 15 working days (according to the country / destination)
Shipments are made from Monday to Friday, we go to the post office every afternoon and rested at the weekend, so if you buy your Konigote from Friday we will send it on Monday.
Once the delivery has been sent, we will send you an email with a individual tracker of your package, to check on the status of your delivery
CANCELLATIONS
You can cancel your order at any time before shipment is made. In case you've already made the payment but your order has not yet been sent, write a cancellation message from your order, in My Account. We will refund the money by the same method of payment it was made.
RETURNS
As soon as the order arrives at your home, you will have 15 days to return it. It is essential that the product and packaging are in perfect condition to return them.
In Konigotes.com assume that the buyer has read the product description and knows what he is buying before ordering. Therefore, the postage for unwanted products will be paid by the buyer.
Tell us the products and the reasons for the return on the section Merchandise return of your order in My Account area. After analyzing the request we will send by e-mail how to make the return. Once received and checked the status of the product we shall send a voucher with the same amount of the order returned.
WARRANTY
All Konigotes have a warranty period of three months from the date of delivery. If you have broken your konigote, please send it to us, we will try to fix it. Contact us by a message from the section of your order indicating the product and the reasons for return.
After analyzing the request we will send by e-mail how to make the return. After receiving and checking the status of the warranty we shall fix your konigote or send a voucher by the same amount of the returned order, including shipping costs.
